Controller (Driver) testing and B/I sllotaging system
This equipment is a specialized testing and aging system for automotive controllers, capable of simultaneously processing 48 units through temperature-controlled aging and load testing. 1. Fixture inspection is at the loading position, and the material is loaded manually. After completion, use both hands to press “start”.
2. The push cylinder pulls the product to the inspection station.
3. The downward cylinder drives the pressing plate to press the product and start testing.
4. The indicator light will notify the operator after the test is completed,
5. The pushing cylinder pushes the product to the loading position.
6. According to the indicator light, NG products are temporarily stored on the belt line, and OK products flow to the next station.；
